Reliable plating  processes insure long term protection and continuing superior electrical performance. 

Filtel uniformly plates all housings with a Silver finish to ensure performance specifications are met.  This finish will be passivated to reduce the likelihood of tarnishing.  Where Aluminum is used, Filtel will pre-plate using a standard Zincate process prior to Copper and Silver plating.  Products are designed to ease manufacturability in the plating process.
